ADP’s Vantage HCM is an all-in-one solution for strategic human capital management, with open architecture.
As one of the most trusted and longest-standing vendors in the business technology space, it’s natural that ADP would have an HCM product. Although it’s only available for businesses in the United States, they’re worth a mention and are interesting to look into. Their set of features is almost like a playbook when it comes to, as they put it, “turning human potential into business success”.

If you choose to manage your HCM strategy with ADP’s Vantage, they’ll put you in their HCM best practices program. This includes access to the Client Success Partners, one of whom will lead you through a discovery process that will be key when implementing your HCM strategy.
ADP does have a Customer Success department, although for their Vantage HCM clients, the success partners mentioned in the ‘implementation’ section of this review are more likely to be your right arm in the project. That being said, ADP does have several resources in place for this product, such as a help center that’s exclusive to the Vantage clients.
ADP’s products do typically integrate with each other and those of other vendors, and Vantage HCM is no exception.
Unfortunately, smaller operations or businesses outside the US, regardless of size, won’t be able to find a good fit with ADP’s Vantage HCM. If particularly interested in ADP, a good bet for such organizations would be to look at ADP Workforce Now.
