SSR is a bad fit for people who haven't figured out how to be productive working from home, want the structure of a more mature company, need lots of support and direction to accomplish tasks, or get discouraged from failure - it's a startup, we are always trying new things and many times new initiatives don't work.
We want to set expectations for the typical interview process at SSR so that you can put your best foot forward, and know what to expect.
This is the "typical" interview process. But, like everything at SSR, it is in constant iteration mode and so please don't be too surprised if you experience something a bit different. We'll try to keep you in the loop throughout.
