Thanks for your interest in joining our team! We are really honored and can't wait to learn more about you.
This page is meant to outline our open opportunities, who our team is a good fit for (as well as those it's not a great fit for), what to expect in the interview process, and anything else you'd like to know about us.
If you're in HR and looking for our PeopleOps job board, you can find that here.
We think SSR is an amazing place to work for the right people, and a really bad place to work for others (no hard feelings!). Here's a little bit about our culture:
You can read more about working at SSR on Glassdoor.
SSR is a bad fit for people who haven't figured out how to be productive working from home, want the structure of a more mature company, need lots of support and direction to accomplish tasks, or get discouraged from failure - it's a startup, we are always trying new things and many times new initiatives don't work.
We want to set expectations for the typical interview process at SSR so that you can put your best foot forward, and know what to expect.
This is the "typical" interview process. But, like everything at SSR, it is in constant iteration mode and so please don't be too surprised if you experience something a bit different. We'll try to keep you in the loop throughout.
For more info on our expectations throughout this process and how to excel, please read this post.
Thanks again for your interest in working at SSR! We strive to create an environment that prioritizes personal growth, transparency, and excellence. If that sounds exciting to you, please apply to one of our open roles!
We'll leave you with a chart of our user growth (we are data nerds who like to celebrate the wins):
