23 Best Employee Rewards Programs Providers of 2026

Staying on top of the latest HR tech trends, strategies, and innovations is key for any HR professional, whether you're in the first 90 days of your first HR job or leading at the CHRO level. With so much happening in the industry, it's no surprise that HR conferences take place all over the world every year, offering incredible opportunities for learning, networking, and growth.

But let’s be honest: Attending every conference isn’t practical (or budget-friendly). That’s why we’ve done the heavy lifting—researching, connecting with industry experts, and attending many ourselves—to bring you a carefully curated list of the top HR conferences in 2025. Save time and maximize your investment with these best human resources events.

HR Conferences to Attend in 2025

This list is organized by quarter (Q1-Q4) to help you quickly find events that fit your schedule. It features both in-person and virtual conferences covering key HR topics like talent management, HR tech, DEI, employee engagement, and leadership development. We update it regularly to keep it accurate and up to date, so be sure to bookmark this page and check back anytime.

How to Choose an HR Conference to Attend

What you’ve seen so far is just a fraction of the HR conferences we’ve researched, and by the time you read this, there’s a good chance more have just been announced. With such an ocean of options, how do you know which one is worth your time and investment?

A good starting point is narrowing down your choices by eliminating events that are too far to travel or outside your budget. From there, consider the speakers, topics, and format that align with your interests. Most importantly, think about your career goals, because at the end of the day, the real value of an HR conference is how it helps you grow.

Anh Nguyen researches how hiring, payroll, and compliance rules shift, often unpredictably, from one labor market to the next, and how much of that complexity gets hidden from the people making buying decisions. She has been a Human Resources (HR) Tech Researcher, Writer & Editor at SelectSoftware Reviews since 2022, following three years recruiting for tech startups and enterprises in Singapore, Australia, India, the UK, the US, and Vietnam, work that put her on the inside of the exact problems she now writes about.

Her research spans four areas: candidate assessment and sourcing technology; global employment infrastructure, including Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO), staffing agency, and payroll systems; the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to hiring and workforce decisions, from resume prescreening through performance evaluation; and hiring bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and recruitment ethics, including pay transparency and discriminatory hiring practices.

She has evaluated 120+ HR and recruiting platforms and published 90+ articles and reviews. Her country-level analysis of global employment infrastructure covers the UK, Canada, Singapore, India, Australia, and the Philippines. She co-authors SelectSoftware Reviews' quarterly HR Tech Trend Reports and has produced six editions of its Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) reports.

Outside SelectSoftware Reviews, Anh researches and speaks on digital transformation and the application of AI in organizational and educational settings.

When she's not working, Anh is usually with her family, writing for her personal blog, or out running with her two dogs, who are laid-back until the moment they decide the run is actually a race.

Her work has been cited by HR tech publications such as ERE Media, e27, theHRDirector, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Hubstaff, Recruiting Daily, and WorkTango.
