It’s a feature-rich internal communication platform that happens to be free, and also starts at a great price if you decide you need more.
While the free version of Talkspirit does come with its limitations (see the Pricing section of this review), it is still surprising for such a well-designed and easy-to-use product to be free. Talkspirit is both an intranet portal and a team collaboration tool. You can streamline work and communication with others, making everyday remote interactions much more cohesive and less time-consuming.

Talkspirit does have a Customer Success department. They’re also committed to service availability of over 99.9% of each month. They have a public status page, a help center, and detailed documentation on their security and data privacy practices.
Talkspirit integrates natively with a decent amount of apps, some of which are Dropbox, Google Drive, Jira, and Pipedrive. Their product can integrate with an even greater amount of products and apps through Zapier. For everything else, they’ve set up webhooks and an API.
For the paid plans, Talkspirit is offered at a discount and what they call “preferential conditions” to eligible non-profits, schools, and universities.
