Hireflix Review

Hireflix is an up-and-coming vendor that's great for small and medium businesses who want to focus exclusively on one-way video interviews. This company said no to legacy systems, bells & whistles, and lengthy implementations. Instead, they created a straightforward product that's racking up clients all over the world while making the hiring process easier for recruiters and candidates alike.

Within minutes of signing up, you can create an interview, add a video to each question, set up an average length per question, a thinking time for candidates, add your brand color, logo, and launch. You can then start sending out invitations and gathering interviews to share with your team.

Hireflix Customer Success

The philosophy behind Hireflix is that there shouldn't be a need for support. They don't have team members that are solely dedicated to customer success or support, which means they handle all requests themselves, providing true white glove service for each client.

Reports are typically addressed within 24 hours, and for the clients that request it, they do offer onboarding, training, and in-depth live demos.
