It is easy-to-use and overall does a good job when it comes to candidate sourcing and collaboration among our internal team of recruiters.
At the Lock Search Group, we use BambooHR, an all-encompassing and intuitive software that uses automation and AI to streamline talent acquisition. It features the essentials, including an applicant tracking system, workforce planning, analytics, as well as an HRIS. Candidate sourcing is a breeze with BambooHR, as it allows you to customize your job postings and application questions. You can also screen employees and integrate the software into other HR management platforms.
Our go-to recruitment software is TalentLYFT. Hubspot CRM is a completely free tool used for our recruiters to manage all their ongoing recruitments. You can outline your exact process and move each recruitment through your process on a visual board. All recruitments are to both customer and candidate data.
