Though it isn’t as robust as the web version, we appreciate that the Quinyx team has regularly released new features and updates to improve the app’s performance.
Another thing we like about Quinyx is its scalability. The platform offers four plans, from essential workforce management features like scheduling, engagement, and time attendance to advanced ones such as AI-powered forecasting, strategic workforce budgeting, and AI planning. This is particularly helpful for teams to optimize their software spend, as they can choose the plan that best meets their needs as they grow.
Quinyx’s scheduling features are good, and we have found creating and managing schedules in the software is relatively straightforward. However, it is sad to see that the current software version doesn’t allow users to copy and paste large numbers of shifts in the standard schedule mode. Quinyx's customer success team quickly acts upon customer feedback, so we hope the issue will be resolved soon.
Here’s an interesting tidbit about their customer support worth weighing into your decision. Quinyx recently announced that requests for technical support on topics like configuration, updates of payroll files, and integrations would be channeled into a Service Request Form (SRF). On the plus side, a dedicated channel for tech support will probably lead to faster service. On the not-so-bright side, users will be billed hourly for the service, and the time minimum is four hours.
