Leapsome’s implementation process comes in 5 steps:

  • Preparation & planning: Review best practices, define use cases, and fill out Leapsome’s onboarding questionnaire.
  • Onboarding kickoff call: Admin onboarding call with Customer Success Manager and learn the basics on the call.
  • Setting up the platform: Add data to Leapsome and finalize setup.
  • Setup review call: Talk with Customer Success Manager to track progress and tweak setup before final launch.
  • Come up with communication plans: Meet with company managers, create educational slide decks, conduct live demos and training sessions, and appoint Leapsome ambassadors.
  • Launch: Go live with your whole company.
