Thanks to a strategic partnership with GRS, Xonex can manage relocations in over 130 countries. Every relocation is handled by an expert Relocation Services Manager within their network.
Relocating employees are supported at the origin and destination of their move with selling and purchasing property, lease breaking, home inventory management, and general household preparation.
The XONEX Gateway system integrates all the corporate relocation components they offer into a central, real-time dashboard. The secure and interactive web-based application gives separate reports to clients (companies) and transferees (relocating employees).
The Client Gateway web portal offers interactive record keeping, program supervision, online initiations, cost estimating, and expense approval. This data downloads easily for use in common applications, including Microsoft Excel and most payroll systems.
The Transferee Gateway web portal offers employees access to documents and updates related to their move. In addition, The MyXONEX mobile app allows domestic transferees to manage and track their relocation from any mobile device. Based on client approval, transferees can have access to mobile expense reporting using images of receipts and electronic signatures to log a claim.
