VidCruiter Review

VidCruiter is a great ATS for 100-2,000 employee companies that want a recruiting suite that also includes video interviews, skills assessments, scheduling, text recruiting and more in one system.  Typically this will be your first ATS, or a replacement for an outdated system.

One of the other core differentiations is that each part of the recruiting funnel can be customized including assessments, candidate communications and more. One of their clients had a 98 step customized hiring process to hire police and fired dispatchers!
