I use Talentify regularly as part of my candidate generation strategy. I use it to distribute my vacancy across multiple job boards. I rely on it to drive consistent applicant flow. This is especially helpful when I am hiring for multiple roles and in multiple locations globally.

It removes the need for manual sourcing by creating a steady pipeline of inbound candidates. The reporting features are also important.

What do you like about Talentify?

Talentify significantly increases applicant volume, making it easier to build pipelines. The network where it posts jobs is vast, with excellent coverage. The software's ability to track and report on performance allows us to assess candidate sources and adjust our strategy.

Why did your organization buy Talentify, and how long have you used it for?

We implemented Talentify to address the issue of inconsistent applicant flow and to have visibility of our job postings across the board. We needed a solution that could generate a high volume of candidates without a manual sourcing effort from the team.

Talentify stood out to the team because it can distribute the jobs across a network of job boards and create candidate pipelines quickly. It was also able to show us which job boards were yielding the best results. Definitely good for top of the funnel performance.

What do you dislike about Talentify?

Talentify only focuses on top of the funnel candidates and does not replace full ATS functionality. The software can generate high volume, and not always the best candidates for the role, which requires additional screening efforts. It doesn't work well without an ATS, as it relies on one.

How is Talentify different than their competitors?

Talentify markets your roles, which other ATSs don't do. It focuses on candidate attraction rather than applicant tracking, and is built to drive volume and maximize visibility of a vacancy rather than manage hiring workflows.

Compared to others, it is top-notch in attracting talent and allows recruiters to spend less time on sourcing and more time engaging with candidates.

Assess if you really have a need, as extra volume does not always mean quality applicants. It must be integrated into an ATS and won't function without one.

Talentify has become more data-driven, when before it was mainly a vacancy distribution system. It is more focused on helping organizations improve efficiency in generating applicant pipelines and making more informed decisions about where to invest recruiting dollars.

This tool is great for organizations with high-volume hiring needs, especially those hiring many positions across many locations. It is good for those who want to reduce manual sourcing time, and for industries like healthcare, education, and retail.

This tool is not ideal for organizations with little to no recruiting needs, those hiring for niche roles, or smaller teams that operate without an ATS, as an ATS is required for it to function.

Talentify linked to the career site for roles we posted. A recruiter could automate job scraping and posting, reaching a larger pool of candidates needed for high-volume or fast-deadline roles.

For example, I often needed candidates with more labor-intensive backgrounds, especially for seasonal hiring at resorts. The tool supported targeted recruitment in specific regions. It allowed recruiters to streamline job postings and access a wider candidate network.
