Relocity is a relocation management platform that combines concierge-level service with data-driven technology. Once the employee downloads the app, their relocation dashboard is already populated with policy-specific tasks, local orientation content, and company-provided resources. Because this data is pulled automatically from the employer’s work order and mobility policy, employees skip the usual intake forms and manual setup steps we’ve seen in older systems. That early personalization makes the experience feel polished and thoughtfully structured.
The Explore tab quickly became our favorite part of the demo. It maps out housing options around the new office and lets employees filter by commute time, transportation mode, or nearby amenities like parks and hospitals. Real-time rental data is pretty underrated here; since availability and prices change every day, getting live updates right in the app actually saves a lot of time. We tried filtering for a 20‑minute cycling radius and immediately saw listings update to match our parameters.
Relocity’s destination guides go deeper than we expected. They blend local orientation videos with neighborhood data, average rents, and cultural notes. In particular, the system includes country-specific administrative checklists for tasks like registering a car, setting up a bank account, or applying for a local driver’s license, which we found especially useful for international moves.
The built‑in Marketplace is equally outstanding. Vendors are vetted for quality and relevance rather than sponsorship. During the demo, we could browse shipping, temporary housing, and tax service providers without encountering any “featured” placements. That neutrality matters for buyers trying to maintain policy compliance or preferred supplier networks, and companies can even restrict listings to their own approved vendors.
Relocity’s AI assistant also deserves mention, as this agent can respond to employee questions about their relocation policy, local services, and payment logistics directly within the app, helping reduce the need for HR involvement in routine inquiries.
However, since Relocity pricing is only disclosed during sales engagements, smaller organizations or procurement teams seeking self-serve transparency may find the buying process less ideal than they prefer. Even with those caveats, this platform feels like a product built by people who have lived through the headaches of corporate relocation.
