The big idea at SSR is to help HR teams to find and buy the right software for their company through free, unbiased content. We do a lot of research and are able to put together actionable guides that are useful in large part because we see so many different solutions, know when to call BS, and typically get access to senior management at vendors who can do a much better job answering our questions than a sales rep can.

We think that the specific vendor a given company decides to partner with is a very idiosyncratic decision. You might have a unique suite of software the new vendor needs to integrate with.  You may have a very bespoke hiring process, or way that you like to build culture.  So, we've more or less kept away from going too in depth into a given vendor. We want you to know why you should look at them, but don't need to describe every single feature in minute detail.

That said, a lot of people ask us for more than the typical 3-5 sentence write-ups we typically put together. So, we wanted to start doing some slightly more in depth content. We also wanted to get poeple's feedback on exactly how we can add value to their buying process.

With that in mind, we put together a few beta versions of our more in depth reviews. They follow a somewhat consistent format, but are clearly not all a result of a formulaeic approach.

Please take a look, and let us know what you think!
