Talentify uses machine learning to understand your current job spend, and then optimize it through cutting underperforming job slots and drastically increasing conversion rates into the ATS by offering a mobile-first candidate experience.

We used it by having them work with our current postings and reposting through their platform with their assistance in optimization. It was used only to optimize Indeed because their complete SEO program was $25K/month if you wanted assistance with that. I believe the executive team did not understand the distinction when choosing this platform.
Talentify did much of the work itself while we were able to review candidates. I did not have to assist much after the initial setup. If I had to quantify how often I used it, I'd say daily, since it is automated.
The system worked well and was easy to use once it was set up. It optimized the algorithms Indeed used, which should pull out optimal candidates and push our postings toward them.
I liked the use of keywords and how it better integrated them into titles and job descriptions. I also appreciated how it helped rewrite the postings I had been using. It made me think of other ways to structure ads, and I am very set in my ways with consistency, perfect spelling, and grammar in all my postings.
My company wanted to try Talentify to see if their attempt at optimizing Indeed was better than my own efforts. We tended to get the same applicants repeatedly after we had rejected them because we were looking in limited pools based on the recruiting budget. The executive team insisted on trying it, although I was wholly against it, so I gave in and gave it a try.
I used it for the two-month full trial period before committing to a $5K/month price tag for the Indeed Optimization package. We wanted to see an increase in applications that were fully qualified and met the preferred details, including experience in the sub-specialty of our positions.
The first thing I didn't just dislike but was shocked by was the steep price for the small package we purchased. My company was missing a recruiter who would normally handle these types of actions, but I was spread too thin to spend the necessary time.
I was under the impression it would disperse postings to other job boards, too, but that wasn't the case. I didn't feel the time spent onboarding us as a client was sufficient to really understand what their program was doing compared to what AI could do for free today.
I haven't used a tool that is quite as targeted as this platform. Since it is so unique, I was used to posting jobs on job boards directly and having the worse experience of our ATS posting them on various boards.
I highly suggest that if you are going to use this tool, you sign up for the free trial before committing to a contract to see if it is suitable for your company size and budget. Be clear about what the price includes, and consider how many other ways you could spend this money each month.
I'd also use the free trial to test AI on your job postings to gain a different perspective than you have today.
I didn't use it long enough to say whether it has evolved, but I am guessing with the growth of AI, it is evolving even as you read this.
Talentify would probably work well for a larger organization that can use all the features, including the SEO package at a total of $25K per month. I think companies with this budget could also hire a full-time SEO employee at a much lower cost.
I don't believe this is a good fit for smaller companies. I didn't see an increase in the quality or quantity of specialty candidates. I believe a small or even medium-sized company could use those dollars elsewhere.
We used Talentify daily to create multiple job listings. The tool allowed us to streamline the process by integrating with social media sites and job boards. After creating a listing, we specified the platforms to post on, and Talentify handled the distribution for us. This saved significant time compared to manually posting on each site. Over the year I used Talentify, it became an essential part of our daily workflow for job postings and recruiting.
- Talentify made posting job roles much easier by automating the distribution to multiple platforms.
- It saved us hours each day, allowing us to focus on other assignments or responsibilities.
- The tool was cost-effective for the value it provided, exceeding our expectations.
My company wanted to streamline the process of posting job listings across multiple job boards and social media sites. Previously, we spent hours each day manually posting to various platforms. Talentify simplified this process by allowing us to incorporate all social media sites and job boards into one platform.
With Talentify, we could create a job listing, specify which sites or boards to post on, and the tool handled the rest. This saved me several hours each day, freeing up time for other tasks. I used Talentify for a year during my time with the company.
- It still took some time to create the listings on Talentify, although it was faster than manually posting on each site.
- At the time we used it, Talentify was limited to certain platforms.
Talentify is the only tool I have used that specifically focuses on automating job postings across multiple sites.
The cost per year is a critical factor to consider when purchasing any tool. It’s important to evaluate the specific capabilities you need and ensure the tool aligns with your goals. Ask yourself whether the tool effectively accomplishes what you want, and consider whether its features are worth the investment.
Talentify has expanded the number of sites it integrates with, making it even more useful for distributing job postings.
Talentify is ideal for mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies with a monthly revenue of over $5,000, as it aligns with their policy and needs.
Talentify is not suitable for startups or organizations with a monthly revenue of less than $5,000, as they may not meet the company’s policy requirements.
We don't use it anymore, but we were using it for job posting mostly. Instead of having to post our job announcements on multiple sites, we used to Talentify to identify and post the ads to several sites at once.
It had a nice user-friendly platform. We were able to customize our dashboards to view applicants and reports. It wasn't too expensive.
We tried out Talentify because we wanted a way to advertise our positions more broadly and more easily. Prior to Talentify, we had to individually post job announcements on multiple sites individually. This took a lot of time since we have a lot of turnover. We wanted to find an easier way to post on multiple sites at once.
It did not seem to attract the applicants we were looking for. Applicants themselves were unfamiliar with Talentify and sometimes skeptical that it was a legitimate website.
We moved to ZipRecruiter and prefer their pricing model (pay per job posting). It also seems to reach more of the candidates we're looking for, and applicants seem to like it more.
Consider what type of applicants you're trying to reach. Talentify may not be the best depending on who you're looking for. Also consider the price and if it makes sense for the number of jobs you're posting.
I think Talentify works well for larger companies looking for employees in high-turnover positions. Our company is small (less than 400 employees) and looking for professional employees.
I think Talentify doesn't work as well for small organizations and those looking to fill higher-level, professional positions.
Talentify doesn't host the nitty gritty details of their service online. You have to get in contact with a sales rep to learn more.
