Their platform has in-depth people planning and people analytics tools to help restructure teams, create and close open roles, propose promotions, plan departures and more. Charthop works with many HRIS and payroll solutions and can also translate CSV and Excel files to centralize your people data.

ChartHop operates on a per employee per month basis. Their base plan, called ChartHop Build, is $3.50 per employee per month. The next two plans, Grow and Scale, are $7 and $10 per employee per month respectively. They also offer an enterprise level solution with custom pricing.
For an additional $2 per employee per month, customers can get access to ChartHop’s performance management system as well.
