Go1 provides thousands of online courses to HR teams looking to help their people maintain certifications, grow their hard skills, and become more productive colleagues. While they do provide tools to manage learners, Go1 also integrates with many of the major LMS players so you can access their content from your existing or new learning management system - or just use them as the way your employees access content directly.

We used Go1 as a centralized platform to deliver and manage employee training across the organization. It allowed us to assign mandatory compliance courses such as workplace safety, data privacy, and anti-harassment training, with easy tracking through its reporting tools.
We also used it to support professional development by offering a wide range of courses on leadership, communication, and technical skills that employees could complete at their own pace.
Managers frequently recommended learning paths aligned with team goals or individual career development plans.
Overall, Go1 played a key role in our learning and development strategy by streamlining training delivery, supporting compliance, and encouraging continuous learning.
- Go1 offered a large library of courses.
- The platform was user-friendly.
- Employees could choose additional courses for personal development.
My company was using Go1 prior to my joining, so I cannot comment on the reasons behind the purchase. Six months after I started, we switched to a more cost-effective LMS platform. During that period, I became familiar with the system and how it was used. The tool provided a structured approach to managing and delivering training.
- Go1 was slightly more expensive than other platforms we considered.
- It lacked a significant amount of industry-specific content.
- The reporting features were limited.
Go1 is a nice platform and very user-friendly. However, Go1’s reporting features are less robust compared to competitors, and as of last year, its pricing was higher than other options we evaluated.
When choosing a tool like Go1, consider the size and relevance of the course library and whether it meets your team’s training needs—both for compliance and skills development.
It’s also important to evaluate how well the platform integrates with your existing systems to simplify training management.
Strong reporting capabilities are valuable for tracking engagement and outcomes. Finally, assess the platform’s flexibility and scalability to ensure it can grow with your organization.
We do not currently use Go1, so I cannot comment on recent changes or improvements.
Go1 is a great tool for companies that are primarily focused on compliance training.
Go1 may not be a good fit for organizations that require industry-specific training or more advanced reporting tools.
One important thing to consider with Go1 is that there's a minimum contract length of 12 months for all the subscriptions they offer.
Go1 is trusted by organizations like Delta, TikTok, ATP Media, and Hays.
- Multimedia learning experience: The Go1 platform is compatible with SCORM, xAPI, PDF, audio, video, MS Office files, and many other formats.
- Assessment: Their platform also has a built-in assessment tool with quiz engines and reporting capabilities.
As mentioned above, Go1 is used a lot only for their content. Hence, they've made the effort to integrate with hundreds of LMS solutions and tools used for employee training tracking. Their platform also connects with other types of tools, like HRIS software, payroll tool and recruitment tools, and many more. Among their integrations, you'll find names like Oracle, Microsoft Teams, Ascender, and SAP Success Factors.
Go1 is priced differently depending on whether you want the content hub (which includes their platform) or just the platform. To give you an idea, the content hub plan starts at $10 per user per month and is for teams with less than 20 users. Their next plan is for growing teams (21+) and is $12 per user per month. If you just want the platform to use your own content with, the basic plan is free for unlimited users, while the enterprise plan is priced based on your needs.
Setting up Go1 will vary depending on the plan you choose and the complexity of your operation. That being said, there are no setup fees.
A dedicated Customer Success Manager is provided only in the Growing teams and Enterprise plans. They do offer a help center and a resource center with industry reports, whitepapers, and eBooks. Also, their customer support is 24/7.
