The world of “HR” is changing rapidly. In fact, it doesn’t seem to do the profession justice to call it Human Resources anymore. This term not only has a bad brand within most organizations, it truly relates to the mundane and baseline tasks that a company has to do related to its employees - payroll, benefits and the like. Basically, it’s the paperwork.
This is all changing. Low unemployment, a focus on culture, and the rise of the Chief People Officer have all contributed to making People one of the most important parts of any organization. We’ve noticed that the majority of visitors to our site are doing a lot more than Human Resources. And so, we wanted a place where this next generation of leaders can discover interesting career opportunities, in addition to the WorkTech that we dive into.
This page is dedicated to highlighting roles that we deem to be some of the most bleeding edge and strategic People jobs out there. Some require advanced degrees or coding backgrounds, but most are just looking for Tier 1 talent interested in the next evolution of the People function.
