These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the promotional offer (the “Offer”) administered by SelectSoftware Reviews (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in this Offer, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for this Offer, you must meet all of the following criteria:
— Be employed as a decision maker in the selection of Human Resource (HR) software at a company with more than 20 employees.
— Be located in the United States, Canada, UK, or other approved geographic regions as determined solely by us.
— Have a valid LinkedIn profile showcasing you are a decision maker in an approved geography.
— Be actively exploring a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Payroll system for your organization. Have intent to purchase HR software within the next six (6) months.
— Be interested in receiving assistance with shortlisting appropriate HR software vendors.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility in our sole discretion. We may request verification of your employment or decision-making authority.
2. No Purchase Necessary
Participation in this Offer is completely free of charge. No purchase or payment is required to qualify.
3. How the Offer Works
Eligible Participants may receive a reward upon completion of qualifying meetings or product demonstrations with software vendors that we introduce. To qualify for the reward:
— The meeting or demo must be scheduled through our platform or outreach.
— You must actively attend and participate in the meeting.The vendor must confirm your attendance.
— The meeting must take place within a reasonable time window (typically 15 days from scheduling).
— You must not have an existing or prior relationship with the vendor that would disqualify the introduction.
— You must attend the meeting with genuine intent to buy from each software vendor.
We reserve the right to withhold rewards for incomplete, canceled, or misrepresented meetings.
4. Rewards
— Rewards may include but are not limited to gift cards, charitable donations, or equivalent incentives. The type and amount of the reward may vary and will be disclosed to you in advance.
— Rewards are distributed once every 2 weeks and are typically issued within 30 days of completing a verified qualifying meeting.
— We may substitute a reward of equal or greater value at our discretion and are not responsible for lost or stolen rewards.
5. Limitations and Restrictions
— Participants may only qualify for one reward each year.
— We may cap the number of rewards to one individual per organization.
— Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or referral programs unless explicitly stated.
— Participants who have already spoken with our advisors in the past shall not be eligible for the Offer.
We reserve the right to revoke eligibility or cancel the Offer at any time for any reason.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
By participating, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share your professional information (e.g., name, title, email, contact info, etc) with vendors for scheduling and verification purposes.
7. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in this Offer.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
