Ny’Kole Krivda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University and continued her studies at NSU where she received a Master’s in Business Administration - Human Resources Management. 

She has worked with several start-ups from higher education to green companies, as well as government and law enforcement. Ny’Kole has recruited over 1500 employees, vendors, and subcontractors. Along with her husband, she successfully owned and ran a hospitality business where she handled human resources, business development, and marketing. She also received her food safety manager certification to ensure standards of safety and quality are at the heart of the business.
