Nicole is an impact-driven HR business partner with over 7 years of progressive HR experience in development, performance, engagement, employee relations, policy, benefits, and compliance. She’s passionate about cultivating a workplace culture in which employees can thrive, and in addition to HR initiatives, she advocates for employee wellness, serving as corporate wellness program leader in her prior two companies. She is Midwest-based and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from ISU.
