Laura is the COO of SelectSoftware Reviews, a website dedicated to helping HR and Recruiting teams find and buy the right software through in-depth, expert advice.

She has run Operations, Business Intelligence, and Sales at both startups and nonprofits, as well as purchased and implemented a variety of different software solutions for those organizations. She has her BA from Columbia University and a Finance MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. Prior to startups, she worked in acquisitions in book publishing, negotiating multi-million dollar deals (alongside much smaller ones as well!).
