Modern Health offers every individual a personalized treatment plan based on their clinically-validated self-assessment. This plan is a combination of digital healthcare resources, behavioral healthcare coaching, group sessions, and/or therapy.

Patients who want preventative care or those with mild mental health concerns are provided with digital resources that they can consume on their own, without the interference of a licensed provider. These resources include guided meditations, audio therapy, information on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), tips on building healthy habits, dealing with burnout, and more.
