Modern Health offers every individual a personalized treatment plan based on their clinically-validated self-assessment. This plan is a combination of digital healthcare resources, behavioral healthcare coaching, group sessions, and/or therapy.
Patients who want preventative care or those with mild mental health concerns are provided with digital resources that they can consume on their own, without the interference of a licensed provider. These resources include guided meditations, audio therapy, information on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), tips on building healthy habits, dealing with burnout, and more. They also offer self-paced courses that combine multimedia learning, exercises, and optional coaching to support your mental health journey.
For those who need more help dealing with day-to-day stressors, 1:1 behavioral health coaching is provided. Individuals with more serious mental health issues like chronic depression or anxiety can opt for video or in-person therapy sessions with licensed therapists.
