Employees can also engage virtually with therapists or coaches to help deal with a range of issues that may be causing stress in their lives.
Due to COVID all therapy visits are happening virtually. During normal times, users are able to get access to in-person therapy.
After your company signs up for Modern Health, all employees have to do is sign up. Modern Health requires your name, date of birth, company, and company email address to sign up. Afterwards, you just have to download a mobile app. Once you download the mobile app, you take a short survey to help Modern Help find the best providers for you. Next, you answer a brief mental health check-in. Finally you will be matched with a recommended provider.
Members who complete 4 or more sessions see significant improvements in well-being.
Employers decide on a set number of sessions for employees per year. Additional sessions may cost extra if not covered by insurance.
