PROS

  • Pro: Recruitee is highly rated by customers for its ease of use. The majority of them are able to implement and get on with the software without much hassle.
  • Pro: Recruitee features a customizable, kanban-like recruiting pipeline. Companies can add as many stages as needed to the pipeline and move candidates easily as they progress through the stages.
  • Pro: Recruitee incorporates some measures to reduce hiring bias. For example, you can adjust the permission level for your interviewers and prevent them from seeing the scores each of them are assigning to the same candidate. This way, they won’t be influenced by each other's evaluations.

CONS

  • Con: Several functions that are advertised on Recruitee’s feature list, including skill assessments, onboarding, video interviewing, and e-signatures are not actually built into Recruitee and are only possible through integration with third-party tools, which can be misleading to potential users, especially if it’s their first ATS.
  • Con: Several users noted that the Recruitee’s reporting function is limited and at times, doesn’t retrieve data accurately.
  • Con: Several users have complained about Recruitee’s support team being slow in responding, and at times, not able to solve issues.
  • Con: For a product that’s geared towards SMBs, it lacks a free plan that businesses who are just getting started with ATSs can use for as long as they need, without any time constraints. We list this as a con as several solutions in this space do offer free-forever plans and similar feature sets as Recruitee, which puts it slightly behind the competition to users.

Recruitee Review

Recruitee is a collaborative ATS that enables companies to source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of jobs. You can use it to post jobs to several job boards simultaneously to reach a wide pool of candidates. You can also promote those job posts with ads for maximum visibility. Candidates that want to apply are directed to your custom-branded career site, buildable within Recruitee without writing any code.

We like that Recruitee features a kanban-like recruiting pipeline, fully customizable to reflect the different stages in your recruitment process. To move candidates from one stage to another, you simply drag and drop the relevant candidate’s card. We also like Recruitee’s overdue candidate reminders that automatically notify you when a candidate sits for too long at a particular stage in your pipeline without updates.

Dashboard of qualified and disqualified applicants for a position

To speed up certain processes, you can make use of Recruitee’s automation triggers and templates. For example, you can set up triggers to automatically publish job posts at specific times, send disqualification emails to candidates that don’t meet your criteria, and share evaluation requests with interviewers. You can also choose from several existing templates to quickly create pipelines, emails, and more.

When it comes to candidate screening, Recruitee integrates with several video conferencing platforms including Google Meet, MS Teams, and Zoom to facilitate video interviews. It also integrates with skill assessment platforms that help you filter out unqualified candidates. Once interviews are done, interviewers can submit their evaluations within Recruitee through customizable scorecards and evaluation forms. To reduce unconscious hiring bias, we recommend that you limit interviewers’ access rights to each other's evaluations, which can be done from Recruitee’s settings.

Overall, we think that small and medium-sized businesses can derive the most value out of Recruitee’s offering. With its current feature set, Recruitee isn’t able to fulfill the complex hiring needs of enterprises and recruiting agencies.

What users think of Recruitee

Reviewer's Rating
8/10

I use Recruitee for the following tasks:

  • Job Posting – Create and manage multiple postings across job boards.
  • Candidate Tracking – Automate actions such as moving candidates between stages and sending notifications. Pre-built templates help accelerate closures.
  • Collaboration – Share notes, evaluations, and tasks for each candidate.
  • Automation – Use automated workflows for repetitive tasks such as email communications and interview scheduling.
  • Talent Pool – Maintain talent pools of prequalified candidates for future openings.
  • Reporting and Analytics – Use customizable dashboards to track time-to-hire and recruiter efficiency.
  • Blacklisting – Flag and blacklist fake candidate profiles to inform future recruitment efforts.
What do you like about this tool?
  • The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage recruitment workflows.
  • Automation of repetitive tasks like emails, interview scheduling, and pipeline management saves significant time.
  • Collaboration tools such as shared notes, interview templates, and tagging improve teamwork and streamline the process.
Why did your organization buy this tool, and how long have you used it for?

We followed a manual process for recruiting and needed a tool that could integrate with Workday, improve agility, enhance recruiter capabilities, and streamline interview scheduling and ATS optimization for faster candidate reviews. I have used the tool for over two years.

Benefits observed:

  • Automated job posting to multiple job boards, including LinkedIn.
  • Candidate tracking and management.
  • Collaboration features such as shared notes, evaluation forms, and reviews.
  • Automation tools like email templates and scheduling links.
  • Integration with Workday.
What do you dislike about this tool?
  • It’s difficult to post the same job in multiple locations; we’ve had to duplicate postings manually.
  • Integration with Workday was problematic, leading us to use it as a separate tool.
  • Onboarding features such as offer rollout options are missing and would be a valuable addition.
How is this tool different than their competitors?
  • Ease of Use – The interface is intuitive and has a shorter learning curve than other platforms.
  • Customization – Offers customizable hiring workflows and careers page builders; Workable offers similar features but to a lesser extent.
  • Automation – Supports automated job postings, email templates, scheduling tools, and HR tool integrations; Zoho Recruit and Workable offer fewer integrations or restrict features in tiered plans.
  • Target Audience – Best suited for growing companies with moderate hiring volumes (3–7 positions at a time), with a focus on collaborative hiring and employer branding—not ideal for mass hiring needs.

What I prefer:

  • Strong collaboration features, including shared notes, evaluation forms, and feedback tools.
  • Branded career pages enhance employer visibility.
  • Automated workflows save time and effort in repetitive tasks.
What Instructions should people think about when buying this type of tool?
  • Hiring Needs – Evaluate whether the tool fits the type and volume of hiring; it’s better for niche or limited hiring (under 10 roles), not for high-volume needs.
  • Cost – May be expensive for smaller companies.
  • Integration – Ensure it integrates well with your existing systems.
  • Scalability – Assess whether the platform can scale with growing hiring demands.
  • Training Time – Consider the time needed to train recruiters and hiring managers.
How has this tool changed or evolved over time to meet users needs?

Recruitee has made several updates to meet evolving user needs:

  • AI-generated job descriptions and bulk actions for candidate management have been added.
  • The Power Search feature allows quicker access to specific candidates or communication history.
  • Support for remote hiring, including video interviews, has been implemented.
What specific type of user or organization is this tool very good for?

Mid-sized organizations with under 1,000 employees and annual hiring of around 200–300 positions max will find Recruitee useful.

What specific type of user or organization would this tool not be a good fit for?

Recruitee is not well-suited for mass hiring or large enterprises.

I use Recruitee every day, the whole day! It's such a great system to track candidates and it's all in one place. I can contact candidates and it's all recorded. Each candidate has a profile, I can upload documents (offer letters, employment applications, etc.) I can text candidates using another system called JustCall, everything in one place! I can create a website through Recruitee! I can directly share open jobs via Rectuitee on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

What do you like about this tool?

I like how easy it is to understand and use the system. I love the live support they use, they are fast to get back to you. I like how modern the UI is and how updated it is in terms of the latest features and functionalities.

Why did your organization buy this tool, and how long have you used it for?

Great question, we have been using Recruitee for almost a year now, and it has been the best decision ever. We get to track candidates and offer a smooth hiring process. Before having Recruitee in the house, we were using spreadsheets, which was painful and extremely time-consuming, we couldn't track well without many integrations and automation, and the manual efforts were not productive. This ATS is the best!

What do you dislike about this tool?

Something I hope they can work out better is to get the text messages incorporated faster. They claim to have been working on it for a while, but we don’t really know until it is rolled out. I wish they had more integrations as Paylocity, I believe they are expanding their list. The last thing, I wish they give you more options to change the theme color of the screen and other customization options.

How is this tool different than their competitors?

Yes, pricing-wise. Modern and easy to use. I have used other ATSs that are not that easy to use. The integrations at Recruitee are great!

What Instructions should people think about when buying this type of tool?

They should think about how this ATS offers everything! They are very open to feedback and willing to work on the ideas you might have. This ATS is complete.

How has this tool changed or evolved over time to meet users needs?

Recruitee has helped the company tremendously, it has helped me as a Recruiter and also the Managers. Everyone I know who has used this ATS loves it!

What specific type of user or organization is this tool very good for?

Recruiting, onboarding, background check. Medium to large-sized organizations can maximize their use cases.

What specific type of user or organization would this tool not be a good fit for?

It wouldn't work for a small company that is not hiring much. This system is only good for a company that is looking to hire constantly, with respect to the costs and advanced functionalities it has.

I use Recruitee daily, as our primary recruitment lead my role involves creating our recruitment strategy and being involved in the end-end process/recruitment cycle.

Having a system that I can trust, that allows candidates to quickly and easily upload their resumes and apply with us has been integral in our ability to continue to scale the company and grow our teams.

We use Recruitee not only to house candidates for current/open positions, but to categorize, sort, and save profiles of those who we believe may be a good fit for roles later down the line. Being able to use Recruitee to build and foster long-standing relationships allows us to continue to grow our organization and visibility in the tech talent market.

What do you like about this tool?

1. Ease of use - UI/UX: everything is extremely intuitive, as a recruiter things are where they should be and I don't have to spend a lot of time searching for settings or information

2. Customer service/transparency: the team at Recruitee has always provided us with top-notch customer service, and has always been great about answering any questions or concerns we have. The ability to vote on and suggest product improvements makes you feel that they care - and the number of improvements/suggestions they implement is fantastic. Being able to know what's upcoming on the roadmap is also really useful for us.

3. Integrations: being able to integrate with our other systems and tools is extremely important to us so that all of our candidate data can be housed in one place.

4. Analytics: being able to actually track your time to hire, number of applicants/role, and many, many more are critical for understanding your recruitment process and cycle, as well as being able to implement improvements.

5. KANBAN visibility: once you recruit in KANBAN you'll never go back to having a list view of your candidate pipeline. Being able to quickly view a role and visually see the health/number of applicants in each stage is probably my favorite feature.

Why did your organization buy this tool, and how long have you used it for?

We bought Recruitee because our previous ATS was hindering our recruitment process. It was time-consuming for us as the employer and for the candidates applying and interviewing with us. I strongly believe our previous ATS was causing us to lose potential candidates.

As a company, we've been using Recruitee since November 2022. However, I was a customer at my previous organization so I began using their system back in 2020.

I was determined to bring in a new ATS within my first week of joining RBR and received positive support from the entire company. I vetted out and demoed several other options as I wanted to ensure I wasn't being biased in my selection of an ATS, however, Recruitee was the clear winner for us due to its ease of use, time-saving capabilities, and overall customer support/service from their teams.

Setting up Recruitee was a breeze, we had a team assist us with implementation and training our managers, and because of their ability to create such an intuitive system, it's taken little to no time for our managers to understand how the system works.

What do you dislike about this tool?

1. Better integration with LinkedIn (I've chatted with the team and know this is in the works)

2. Continue to build out the scheduling feature (again, chatted with the team about this)

3. More automation for sorting candidates - for example, if a candidate applies and selects certain answers to screening questions being able to tag/filter candidates based on those answers

How is this tool different than their competitors?

Recruitee is far superior to many of its competitors. Coming from using a LARGE system that was primarily for payroll, having a system that is focused on recruitment is extremely important if you really want to have a strong recruitment process.

Again, their customer service and support is something that just can't be beaten. And the speed at which they review customer feedback and integrate new solutions is incredible.

What Instructions should people think about when buying this type of tool?

Our must-haves when looking at an ATS were:

1. Ease of use (both internally and externally): simple to use, training for managers, and candidates having the ability to easily and quickly apply

2. Search ability: need to be able to search in our own ATS for candidates, easily and using Boolean search

3. Kanban board style of view/dashboard - click and drag option

4. Easy Implementation- Integration Specialist or team to assist

5. Enhance/Encourage Collaboration: the ability to tag team members in candidates' profiles and collaborate within the ATS

What I would recommend to those looking for a new ATS is to start with your current pain points (if applicable) then build out your must-haves and nice-to-haves. Do some demos of different ATSs and make sure to actually test them for yourself. We found a lot of demos seemed interesting but once we were in the system it was clunky and difficult to use. Recruitee was by far the most intuitive.

How has this tool changed or evolved over time to meet users needs?

Since I initially started using Recruitee there have been countless new features, integrations, and options made available to their customers. It is clear that they listen to the feedback they receive as they understand those using the product on a day-to-day basis will likely share the best ideas/feature requests that will actually be used/appreciated by their customers.

When I think back to when I first started using Recruitee to now, it's incredible to see all of the new features such as the referral portal, scheduling features, req approvals, and more that have been added to their features list!

What specific type of user or organization is this tool very good for?

I think Recruitee is great for organizations that are agile and need to operate very quickly. Those who are looking to hire and scale their organizations and who are looking for an ATS that can scale with them are the ideal customer for Recruitee.

What specific type of user or organization would this tool not be a good fit for?

I think slow-paced organizations, those that thrive on outdated systems/tools, or those that don't necessarily have the desire to update their recruitment processes would not be a good fit.

We use Recruitee regularly to manage our recruitment process from start to finish. The tool's customizable workflows have allowed us to tailor our hiring process to our specific needs. We use it to track candidate progress, schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates. We also appreciate the tool's collaboration features, which allow us to easily share candidate profiles with hiring managers and collect feedback. We use the reporting features to monitor our hiring metrics and identify areas for improvement. Overall, we use Recruitee daily to ensure that our recruitment process is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of both our organization and our candidates.

What do you like about this tool?

Recruitee is a cloud-based recruitment management and applicant tracking system designed to streamline the hiring process for companies of all sizes. It offers a wide range of features, including job postings, applicant tracking, talent sourcing, interview scheduling, team collaboration, and analytics.

Users appreciate the user-friendly interface and customizable workflow, which allows them to tailor the system to their specific hiring needs. The ability to post jobs to multiple job boards and social media platforms simultaneously also makes it easier to reach a wider pool of candidates. The system also allows for easy collaboration among hiring team members, with tools for sharing feedback and notes.

Recruitee's analytics capabilities, including tracking the effectiveness of job postings and candidate sources, can help organizations make data-driven decisions about their hiring strategies. The system also integrates with popular HR and productivity tools, such as Slack and Google Calendar.

Why did your organization buy this tool, and how long have you used it for?

Our organization bought Recruitee to streamline our recruitment process and improve our candidate experience. Prior to using Recruitee, we found ourselves manually reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication through various channels, which was time-consuming and often disjointed. Recruitee has helped us to centralize all of our recruitment activities in one place, making it easier to manage our hiring pipeline and keep candidates informed. The tool's user-friendly interface, customizable workflows, and robust reporting capabilities have been particularly valuable to us. We have been using Recruitee for the past year, which has helped us significantly reduce the time and resources we previously spent on recruitment.

What do you dislike about this tool?

The system can be slow at times, especially when dealing with larger candidate pools or running reports. Others have noted that customer support can be slow to respond or may not provide the level of assistance needed.

Additionally, some users have found the pricing structure to be somewhat confusing or not flexible enough, particularly for smaller organizations or those with more limited hiring needs. There have also been some comments about the lack of certain features or integrations that are available in other recruitment management systems.

Despite these limitations, many users still find Recruitee to be a valuable tool for their hiring needs and appreciate the overall functionality and ease of use of the system.

How is this tool different than their competitors?

Here are a few key features that differentiate Recruitee from other recruitment management systems:

  • User-Friendly Interface: Recruitee has a modern, intuitive interface that is easy to use, even for those with little to no experience using applicant tracking systems. The dashboard is customizable, allowing users to tailor it to their specific needs.
  • Customizable Workflow: Recruitee allows users to create and customize their own recruitment workflow, enabling them to build a hiring process that works best for their organization.
  • Multi-Job Posting: Recruitee enables users to post jobs to multiple job boards and social media platforms simultaneously, making it easier to reach a wider pool of candidates.
  • Collaboration Tools: Recruitee includes features for team collaboration, allowing hiring team members to share feedback and notes, and assign tasks to one another.
What Instructions should people think about when buying this type of tool?

Here are a few key factors to consider:

  • Ease of Use: Look for a tool that is user-friendly and intuitive, with a clean and easy-to-navigate interface.
  • Customization: Consider how customizable the tool is, particularly in terms of the recruitment workflow. A tool that allows for customization can be tailored to your specific hiring needs.
  • Job Posting: Check how many job boards and social media platforms the tool allows for posting jobs, and consider whether these are the channels that are most relevant for your target audience.
  • Candidate Management: Consider how the tool manages candidates, particularly in terms of tracking, communication, and collaboration among the hiring team.
  • Pricing: Consider the pricing structure of the tool, particularly in terms of whether it is flexible enough for your organization's needs.
How has this tool changed or evolved over time to meet users needs?

Recruitee has evolved over time to meet the changing needs of its users.

  • Expanded Integrations: Recruitee has added more integrations over time, such as with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, making it easier to post jobs and manage candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Enhanced Analytics: Recruitee has improved its analytics capabilities over time, with features such as job posting effectiveness and source tracking, providing more insights into the recruitment process.
  • Customizable Workflow: Recruitee has added more customization options for users, allowing them to build a workflow that is tailored to their specific hiring needs.
What specific type of user or organization is this tool very good for?

Recruitee is a user-friendly and powerful applicant tracking system (ATS) designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and hiring teams. It's a great fit for companies that want to streamline their recruitment processes and manage their entire hiring process from one platform.

Recruitee is particularly useful for organizations that value collaboration and transparency in their hiring process. It offers a variety of features that allow hiring teams to work together seamlessly, from posting job openings to tracking candidate progress and sharing feedback.

What specific type of user or organization would this tool not be a good fit for?

Recruitee may not be the best fit for larger organizations with more complex recruitment processes and extensive HR departments. These organizations may require more advanced features and integrations, which are not available on the Recruitee platform.

Additionally, Recruitee may not be the best choice for organizations that have strict compliance requirements or need to manage sensitive candidate data. The platform does offer security features such as two-factor authentication and data encryption, but it may not meet the strict security standards required by some industries.

Lastly, organizations with limited budgets may find Recruitee's pricing plans relatively expensive compared to other similar solutions in the market. Though Recruitee offers a free trial, the cost may not be affordable for some organizations.

I use Recruitee every day. I know how to use most of its features, such as creating job postings, scheduling interviews, moving candidates through the hiring process, having technical and hiring meetings, rejecting or advancing candidates, making offer letters, and communicating with my team. I also use it to evaluate candidates after a phone screening and add resumes. I also connect Recruitee to other job websites.

What do you like about this tool?

I like Recruitee because it is very easy to use. It has a user-friendly interface that allows me to perform all workflows efficiently. I can quickly post jobs and move candidates to different stages, saving me much time. The platform is designed to make it simple and quick to use, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that it's very straightforward to use all the workflows, so I can spend little time figuring out how to do something. Overall, Recruitee has made my recruitment process much more efficient and streamlined, which is why I continue to use it.

Why did your organization buy this tool, and how long have you used it for?

My organization was searching for an applicant tracking system (ATS) that could connect to multiple job portals, especially in Europe. In addition, the ATS they wanted should have a user-friendly interface so that both hiring managers and other team members can easily use it and be easy to set up.

The organization needed help with its previous ATS system. Connecting to job portals, especially those targeting European markets, was a significant pain point. Hiring managers and other team members needed help connecting to their google calendar, adding to the frustrations. The user interface of the previous ATS could have been better, making the overall experience negative.

To overcome these issues, the organization decided to switch to Recruitee in August 2022. Recruitee has provided numerous benefits to the organization and effectively solved the pain points they faced with their previous ATS system. With the ability to connect to over 20+ job portals, including regional portals for specific countries, the organization can now reach a broader range of job seekers. The user-friendly interface of Recruitee has made it easier for hiring managers and team members to navigate and use the system, improving their overall experience. Additionally, connecting the google calendar to Recruitee was a breeze, making scheduling and organizing interviews much simpler.

Since August 2022, the organization has been using Recruitee and has found it to be a reliable and efficient solution to their recruitment needs. The ability to create a complete job workflow within the system has made the recruitment process smoother and more organized. The support team of Recruitee is also a plus, providing quick and helpful assistance when needed.

What do you dislike about this tool?

One thing I dislike about Recruitee is the lack of an option for directly promoting jobs on LinkedIn. Currently, Recruitee doesn't have this feature, which can be a drawback for those who rely on LinkedIn for their recruitment process. Not being able to promote jobs directly on LinkedIn adds an extra step to the process and can be time-consuming. I hope that Recruitee will add this feature to enhance the user experience and make the recruitment process more efficient.

How is this tool different than their competitors?

Recruitee is different from other applicant tracking systems (ATS) because they have good after-sales service. They listen to customer feedback and make changes based on it. They also have a close relationship with their customers and understand their problems. Other ATS that I have used do not have these features.

What Instructions should people think about when buying this type of tool?

When buying an applicant tracking system (ATS), people should consider the following criteria:

  • Ability to connect to local job portals
  • User-friendly interface
  • Ease of creating workflows
  • Capability to process offer letters
  • Integration with calendars to schedule meetings.
How has this tool changed or evolved over time to meet users needs?

As I have yet to study Recruitee's history in depth, I can only speak about my experience with the company over the past six months. In that time, I have found Recruitee to be highly responsive to their customers' needs. They have been able to integrate the solutions we requested and are in the process of adding new features, such as background check capabilities. They have also recently added more portals to better match the needs of their users. Overall, it is clear that Recruitee is dedicated to making their customers happy and understanding their real-time problems. They go above and beyond to ensure that their users are satisfied with their products and services.

What specific type of user or organization is this tool very good for?

Recruitee is a user-friendly tool suitable for organizations in various industries, including IT, healthcare, e-commerce, and startups. Its user-friendly interface makes it accessible to anyone with basic computer knowledge, while advanced features are ideal for HR professionals. This versatility makes Recruitee a good option for organizations of all sizes and types.

  • We use Recruitee as an Application Tracking System on a daily basis.
  • We have five job openings right now, and each one of them has distinct pipelines, responsibilities, and workflows.
What do you like about this tool?
  • Email tracking. All emails are tracked within the tool, making it easy to manage and understand all communications made by our employees and applicants.
  • Questionnaires. We can create custom questionnaires and send them to applicants. Their answers are collected and kept automatically on their profiles.
  • Interview scheduling. It's easy to send a link to users so they can schedule their interview directly within the app.
Why did your organization buy this tool, and how long have you used it for?

We've been looking for an ATS (Application Tracking System) for a long time, and we've been using Recruitee for about 3 years. As a small game development studio, handling the dozens of applications we receive daily takes time. By using Recruitee, we're able to properly categorize, evaluate and keep records for every applicant.

What do you dislike about this tool?
  • Pricing. It's one of the most expensive ATS in its category.
  • It's not trivial to change the pipeline steps. If we could change the pipeline steps directly on the pipeline screen, it would be awesome.
  • Mobile application is still far from ideal, and has some bugs.
How is this tool different than their competitors?
  • We've tried many other ATS systems, but Recruitee was the best I could find in this price range.
  • The best parts of it are the application workflow and how easy is to keep all information we have on an applicant on his profile.
What Instructions should people think about when buying this type of tool?

I recommend keeping an eye on how the communication between the applicants is handled within the app. When trying ATS tools, make sure to apply with another email so you can evaluate the whole pipeline.

How has this tool changed or evolved over time to meet users needs?

The tool hasn't changed significantly over the last 3 years, so I can't speak a lot about this.

What specific type of user or organization is this tool very good for?

It fits companies that need to be more efficient in it's hiring processes, normally larger than 20 people.

What specific type of user or organization would this tool not be a good fit for?

Budget is an issue, so if you have a really small company with a tight budget, you might need another solution.

  • Employer branding: Create a custom career site to showcase your employer brand. You can also create job promotion campaigns with custom landing pages that send candidates back to your careers page.
  • Customizable pipelines: Create custom pipelines that reflect all the stages in your recruiting process. Enable overdue candidate reminders for the system to automatically notify you when a candidate sits at a particular stage for too long without updates.
  • Candidate sourcing: Post jobs to multiple free and paid job boards simultaneously. You can also allow employees to send referrals your way and build a talent pool of candidates you’d like to reconsider for future roles.
  • Candidate screening: Recruitee integrates with video conferencing platforms including Google Meet, MS Teams, and Zoom to facilitate video interviews. You can also create meeting rooms and use the scheduling feature to find suitable times for everyone.
  • Candidate evaluation: Customize candidate scorecards and evaluation templates. You can also reduce hiring bias by limiting interviewers’ access rights to each other's evaluations.
  • E-signature and HRIS integration: Proceed beyond the interview stage by integrating Recruitee with offer management, E-signature, onboarding tools, and more.

  • Mobile app: Receive notifications of candidate interactions and perform several tasks on your Android/iOS devices.

  • Launch starts at $91 per month for 5 job slots and access to basic recruitment features such job post distribution, candidate video chatting, calendar sync, and career site editor.

Though companies of different sizes (outside of large enterprises) can find value in Recruitee’s offering, we feel that it is capable of supporting medium-sized businesses best with its current feature set.

About Recruitee

Recruitee was founded in 2015 by Perry Oostdam and Paul Smoczyk. Frustrated by how traditional recruiting processes are slow and inefficient, Perry and Paul set out to build a solution that supports teams with their hiring needs and reduces manual labor.

Even though Recruitee is less than a decade old, their success can easily be measured in numbers. The company has over 118,000 users from over 4,000 companies, including well-known brands like Taco Bell and Marks and Spencer. They’ve also expanded beyond their Netherlands headquarters to have offices in Poznań, Poland, and New York, US.
