Kununu Review

Kununu offers in depth culture insights into what it's like to work at a given company.  While websites like Glassdoor typically look at pros and cons of working at an organization, Kununu asks reviewers to answer 16 questions about what it's like to work at the company.  These questions range from how the company thinks about D&I initiatives, to how management supports employees in their career growth.

In depth culture content means the job seekers who are on this website are very thoughtful about their careers.  Kununu also allows many employer brands to start fresh, versus having to deal with the baggage of a decade of Glassdoor reviews.  While their presence in the US isn't as strong as Glassdoor, this site is becoming part of the candidate journey, and therefore something employers should take a look at.
